At Hands For Community, we provide dedicated, comprehensive, and person-centred NDIS support services for individuals aged 15–65 living with physical disabilities, mental health challenges, developmental conditions, and complex care needs.
This includes support for individuals living with:

  • Anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder

FAQ

What is the eligibility for being an NDIS participant?

You can be NDIS participant if: 

  • You are between 9 and 65 years of age
  • You are an Australian with PR and an Australian passport holder 
  • You have impairments – permanent or temporary, which may hamper your way of life
  • If the impairments can only be tackled by specialist external supports

 

Our support workers are caring and compassionate, besides being professional. When hired, they will take into account your lifestyle, the goals and aspirations of your life, and even your social background. This helps them to frame just the right support plan that helps you lead the life of your aspirations.

Yes we do. However, we do not handle cash. It is handled only and only by you, or someone whom you have nominated. We merely assist you in handling the cash and ensure you do not run out of your NDIS funding mid-way through your NDIS journey.
